# Referral

Invite your network to Arkain and earn credits together. Our referral program is designed to reward both you and your friends as you build and grow on the platform.
### Accessing the Referral Page
There are two ways to access your referral dashboard:
1. Gift Box Icon (Quick Access): Click the Gift Box icon (:gift:) located at the bottom-left corner of the Dashboard page.
2. Account: Click your Avatar in the top-right corner, select Account, and navigate to the Referral tab.

### How to Share Your Link
The Referral page provides easy-to-use tools for sharing your unique invite information.
1. Generate Your Code: Click the \[Refresh] button to generate your unique referral code for the first time or to reset it.
2. Sharing Options:
* **\[Referral link]** Button: Click this button to copy a pre-formatted marketing message to your clipboard. This is the best way to share on social media or via email.
* **Copy button:** Click the copy icon located directly to the right of your code to copy only the alphanumeric code itself.

#### Pre-formatted Message Example
When you click the **\[Referral link]** button, the following message is copied:

### How Rewards are Split
Rewards are issued in two stages to both the Referrer (You) and the Referred Friend.
#### Step 1. Friend Signs Up
When a friend joins Arkain using your link or enters your code manually:
* Friend: +300 credits (Issued instantly)
* You: +300 credits (Issued instantly)
#### Step 2. First Credit Purchase ($10 or more)
When your friend makes their first credit purchase of $10 or more:
* Friend: +600 credits
* You: +600 credits
* Note: These rewards are issued after a 7-day confirmation period. Please note that the first transaction must be at least $10 to qualify for the reward.

### Your Referral Overview
Track your progress through the real-time dashboard:
* Referred friend signed up: Monitor your progress toward the 10-friend limit.
* Referred friend first purchase: See how many friends have completed their first transaction.
* Credits earned: The total amount of bonus credits you have accumulated.

### Important Notes
* Retroactive Application: Referral codes must be entered during signup. They cannot be added after the account is created.
* Credit Validity: Referral credits are valid for 60 days. Unused credits will expire automatically.
* Invite Limit: Each account is limited to 10 successful referrals.
* Reward Eligibility: The Purchase Reward is only granted if the first transaction is $10 or more. Cumulative purchases do not qualify.
* Refund Policy: If a purchase is refunded within the 7-day period, the Purchase Reward will be canceled.

### FAQ
**Q.** Can I enter a referral code after I've already signed up?\
: No. Referral codes must be applied during the signup process. Our system does not support adding codes to existing accounts.
**Q.** My friend entered my code, but it says "Invalid Code."\
: This occurs if the code is mistyped, the 10-friend limit has been reached, or the referrerโs account is inactive.
**Q.** My friend made a purchase; why didn't I receive the 600 credits yet?\
: There are two main requirements:
1. The first purchase must be $10 or more in a single transaction.
2. There is a 7-day confirmation period after the transaction. If both conditions are met, please check your Billing page after 7 days.
