We regret to inform you that Arkain will officially discontinue its service on **Oct 30, 2026.**\ After this date, access to the service and all related data will no longer be available. Please review the details below carefully to avoid any inconvenience. *** #### Schedule * **Oct 7, 2026**: New membership subscriptions and credit purchases will be restricted * **Oct 30, 2026 01:00 UTC**: Service will be fully discontinued; all containers will be stopped #### Data Backup * All data, including containers and files, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered after the service is discontinued. * Please export or back up any data you wish to keep before **Oct 30, 2026 01:00 UTC**. #### Refunds * **Automatic refund**: Remaining credit and the unused portion of your paid Membership as of the discontinuation date will be automatically refunded to your original payment method—no action is required. * **Want it sooner?** Contact us via chat or email to have your refund processed earlier. * **If a card refund isn't possible**: We'll contact you individually to arrange a bank transfer. Any fees for international bank transfers will be covered by Arkain. #### Privacy Policy Update Arkain's Privacy Policy will be updated to include bank account information as a newly collected item for refund processing, **effective October 7, 2026**.
