We regret to inform you that Arkain will officially discontinue its service on Oct 30, 2026. After this date, access to the service and all related data will no longer be available.

Please review the details below carefully to avoid any inconvenience.

Schedule

• Oct 7, 2026: New membership subscriptions and credit purchases will be restricted

• Oct 30, 2026 01:00 UTC: Service will be fully discontinued; all containers will be stopped

Data Backup

• All data, including containers and files, will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered after the service is discontinued.

• Please export or back up any data you wish to keep before Oct 30, 2026 01:00 UTC.

Refunds

• Automatic refund: Remaining credit and the unused portion of your paid Membership as of the discontinuation date will be automatically refunded to your original payment method—no action is required.

• Want it sooner? Contact us via chat or email to have your refund processed earlier.

• If a card refund isn't possible: We'll contact you individually to arrange a bank transfer. Any fees for international bank transfers will be covered by Arkain.

Privacy Policy Update

Arkain's Privacy Policy will be updated to include bank account information as a newly collected item for refund processing, effective October 7, 2026. Please see the updated Privacy Policy for details.
