Hello. This is the Arkain Customer Experience team.
Due to an issue with one of our third-party service providers (a domain service provider), some of our services experienced temporary inaccessibility starting on Nov 18 (Wed) at 12:00 (UTC).
The issue has been fully resolved as of Nov 18 at 15:50 (UTC), and all services are now operating normally.
Cause: Outage experienced by our domain service provider
Impact: Temporary service inaccessibility
Current Status: All services are running normally.

Nov 18. 13:11 - 2nd Service Disruption Occurs (Service Instability Resumes)
