The brief login service disruption that occurred on March 5 (Thu) has been fully resolved as of 05:11 (UTC). All services are now operating normally.
The issue was confirmed to be a temporary impact from the System Optimization tasks scheduled for today. We have completed the necessary measures to stabilize the system and will continue to monitor performance closely to prevent further recurrence.
Cause: Impact from the scheduled System Optimization and updates
Impact: Temporary inability to log into the Arkain platform
Current Status: All services are running normally.
