To provide a more optimized and consolidated infrastructure environment, we will officially close specific regions (Oregon, Frankfurt, Mumbai) and migrate our services to the Seoul region on June 18, 2026. **Please note that the Seoul region is entirely unaffected;** platform access and container operations (creation, execution, and deletion) remain fully operational here without any interruption. Please review the key details and required actions below. *** #### ■ Key Details * **Schedule:** Starts June 18, 2026 (Thu) at 01:00 UTC, taking up to 24 hours. Container access within closing regions will be completely disabled during migration. * **Impact on Oregon, Frankfurt, and Mumbai Regions:** Access will be permanently disabled at launch, and all containers within these regions will be automatically shut down and placed into hibernation for relocation. * **Required Pre-Closure Action:** Save all active files and progress before **01:00 UTC** to prevent data loss from the automatic shutdown. #### ■ Important Action/Impact 1. **How to Check Your Container’s Region:** When creating a container, the region closest to your current location is automatically selected. Go to the Container Settings page ➔ Click the \[More] button to verify your container's region. 2. **Post-Migration Activation:** Migrated containers will remain in a hibernation state. You must manually click the \[Reactive] button on your Dashboard within 6 months to resume operations and prevent permanent automatic deletion. 3. **Configuration Changes:** During the migration process, certain container configurations—including share links and execution URLs—will change.
