# (Feb 5, 2026) Update to Privacy Policy on Feb 12

Hello, this is the Arkain Customer Experience Team.

We are updating our **Privacy Policy** to ensure service stability and a more secure user environment. These changes are based on our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service while protecting our users' data.

The revised policy will take effect on **February 12, 2026**.

#### Key Changes

* **Service Security Enhancement:** Introduction of one-way Hashed Information (non-recoverable) to prevent duplicate account creation and ensure system stability.
* **Secure Data Management:** Hashed data will be securely retained for one year after account deletion or blocking to maintain a safe and stable service environment.
* **Strict Access Control:** Enhanced protection through the logical separation of hashed data from general operational data and strictly restricted access.
