We are writing to inform you that our **Terms of Service** and **Privacy Policy** will be updated to provide better service and strengthen personal information protection. Please review the details below.

The revised Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will take effect on **January 2, 2026**.

#### Key Amendment Details

The amendments are being introduced to enhance user experience and overall system performance by actively responding to malicious software that impairs service usability and system stability. We continuously work on countermeasures and advancing detection tools.

Specifically, the amendments incorporate provisions related to the introduction of real-time monitoring and blocking of malicious activities through automated systems, and the implementation of SMS verification.

#### **Major Changes**&#x20;

* **Terms of Service**
  * **Rights to Suspend or Terminate User Accounts:** Added procedures and a grace period for appealing service blocking measures resulting from policy violations, ensuring a fair process for users.
* **Privacy Policy**
  * **SMS Verification:** Included a trusted subprocessor and the associated collection of necessary personal information items, following the implementation of SMS verification.
  * **Department Change:** Updated the department responsible for personal information protection to the Cyber Security Team to strengthen security oversight.
