Hello, this is the Arkain Customer Experience team.

Thank you for using Arkain.\
To prepare for our **Official Service Launch**, we will be performing final system maintenance. During this period, service access will be unavailable, and all running containers will be stopped.

Please review the details below to prevent any data loss.

#### **Schedule**

* **Start Time:** April 16, 23:00 – April 17, 01:00 (UTC)
* **Estimated Duration:** 2 Hours
* **Work in Progress:** Infrastructure and engine updates

#### **Scope of Impact**

* **Service Access:** Login and all platform features will be unavailable.
* **Container Shutdown:** All active containers will be forcibly stopped at the start of the maintenance.

#### **Notice**

* To prevent any potential data loss, we strongly recommend that you stop your containers manually before the maintenance begins.
