If the following programs are detected running, you may be blocked from using Arkain.

High compute resource occupancy adversely affects service operations
Scanner
Used or likely to be used for malicious behavior
Proxy server
High compute resource occupancy adversely affects service operations
Messenger
High computing and network resource consumption
File uploader & Downloader
High compute resource occupancy adversely affects service operations
Browser
High compute resource occupancy adversely affects service operations
Cryptocurrency trading bot

Game Server

Your account may also be blocked for the following reasons
Cybercrime abuse
Violent, obscene, or hazardous content
Infringement of others' rights, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or publicity rights
Suspicious payment behavior: Excessive payment attempts with different credit cards in a short period of time.

You can request unblocking via chat by clicking the [Contact us](
) icon at the bottom right of the Dashboard page or the Workspace.A 7-day appeal period is provided after the account is blocked. If no appeal is made during this time, the account and all associated containers and data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
When the account is blocked, the automatic payment for the membership subscription is automatically canceled.
A refund is possible for any remaining paid credits within 7 days from the payment date, and for the unused portion of the membership period. Please contact us via chat to inquire about a refund.
When the account is blocked, all its containers will automatically enter an inactive state.
